  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

Notes

  • This recipe makes about 2 tablespoons - enough to season one pound of meat
  • If you want this spice blend to be spicier, double the chili powder and consider adding red pepper flakes and/or cayenne.
  • Subtract the salt if you want a no sodium seasoning mix
