Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce aperol
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 4 ounces grapefruit flavored sparkling water

Instructions

  • Add ice cubes to a drinking glass. Pour all ingredients into the glass and stir gently. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You may want to add more or less simple syrup and grapefruit juice based on your flavor preference.
  • Use your favorite brand of grapefruit flavored sparkling water - I use La Croix pamplemousse (aka grapefruit)
