Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tequila Blanco or silver
  • ½ cup triple sec orange liqueur
  • 12 ounce can of Minute Maid Frozen Limeade
  • TONS of Ice

Instructions

  • Add tequila, triple sec, and frozen limeade to a blender.
  • Put ice in the blender until it is filled to the top with ice.
  • Blend for about one minute until all ice particles are gone and it has a slushy, frozen consistency. You may need to add more ice, if needed.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Don't be afraid to over blend - that's how you will get a smooth frozen margarita texture.
  • Make sure to blend the ice enough so the consistency is slushy and frozen rather than icy.
  • You can add frozen strawberries in syrup to make this into a Frozen Strawberry Margarita!
  • If you need to make a virgin frozen margarita, simply follow this recipe but omit the tequila and triple sec.
